All work performed in full compliance with EPA, NIOSH, and OSHA, local and federal regulations.

free Mr. Frank Krawzcel - Senior Industrial Hygienist and Environmental Consultant

Mr. Frank Krawzcel is an experienced Project Manager, Industrial Hygienist and Quality Control Consultant. He has acquired extensive field experience performing facility surveys, environmental audits, soil sampling and air monitoring. These duties have included the following:

interpreting site plans, industrial preparations and architectural drawings for identification and management of hazardous waste remediation projects, performing quality assurance inspections and reports. Mr. Krawzcel has also developed and implemented programs for site investigations, remediation program planning, sampling protocols, documenting the conditions and location of hazardous materials.

Mr. Krawzcel understands all phases of environmental consulting. He has extensive field project background, has attended numerous professional development courses, and is current on all regulations pertinent to environmental issues.

  • Oversee and implement project planning, work practices and worker protection
  • Coordinate project field personnel, sub contractors, and provide overall supervision and direction
  • Provide environmental consulting on asbestos and lead- based paint issues to building owners to ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, Federal and local agencies
  • Perform industrial hygiene air compliance monitoring, and quality control oversight for asbestos and lead-based paint projects
  • Familiar and knowledgeable of EPA, OSHA, and NIOSH regulations.

Administrative Assistant to the President and staff responsible for coordinating office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, records control, and assist in improving workflow. Responsibility includes, simplify reporting procedures. Analyzes unit operating practices, such as recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, personnel and budgetary requirements, and performance standards. Analyzes personnel responsibilities and performance for use in determining salary adjustments and promotionsharzard. Coordinates the collection and preparation of operating cost such as, time-and-attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and performance data. Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems. Issues and interprets operating policies. Reviews and answers correspondence. May assist in preparation of budget needs and annual reports of organization. Conduct orientation of new employees, and plan training programs. Direct services, such as maintenance, repair, supplies, mail, and files. Compile, store, and retrieve management data, using computer.
